Unfortunately we often CANNOT reply as AOL usually block our e-mails.

We attempt to reply to all e-mails within 24 hours. If we do not reply within 48 hours then please send your e-mail again from a different e-mail address. There are several ISPs out there who are currently filtering or blocking our e-mails (AOL, Verizon etc) and making it impossible for us to contact anyone with one of those e-mail addresses.
